CPAP Machines 2 Year Warranty

All CPAP Machines include a standard 2 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for manufacturer defect within this period exclusively and does not cover accidents, water damage, negligence or damage caused to the device intentionally or unintentionally. We reserve the right to determine the cause of defect and or damage prior to honoring a claim. Warranty is valid for machine and humidifier only and does not include consumables such as hose, water tank & air filters.

Please contact us directly for any warranty claims. Machines must be returned to our nominated return address for warranty claims.

*Please Note: Local CPAP dealers and offices cannot assist with warranty claims on our products, items must be returned to us directly.

Procedure

  1. Contact Us for an RMA no.
  2. Send to us via Postal System or EMS Express
  3. Await our technician to repair or replace the device
  4. We send the device back to you following repair

*Note: We are not responsible for paying import duty or taxes if you over declare the item, items must be declared as no or low commercial value for return/repair.

*We suggest return by EMS/Post rather than Express Courier (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) in order to avoid US import duties being levied.

All masks, hoses, water tanks, air filters and other items are covered by warranty from manufacturer defect for three months from the purchase date.
