Returns & Cancellations Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

CPAP & BiPAP Machines

Unopened and unused machines may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for return, machines must:

  • Be new and unused

  • Be in original sealed packaging

  • Be in โ€œas deliveredโ€ condition

  • Include all accessories and manuals

All approved returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Opened or used machines are not eligible for return due to medical and hygiene regulations.

Masks & Accessories

Due to hygiene and health regulations:

  • Masks, tubing, filters, cushions, water chambers, and other accessories are final sale once processed for shipment.

  • These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy protects customer health and complies with medical device handling standards.

2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior authorization.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@cpapspecials.com

  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Provide your order number and reason for return

Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

3. Return Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective under warranty.

For international shipments:

If an order is returned due to customs clearance issues, refusal of delivery, or non-payment of duties, taxes, or VAT, a US$250 return freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover international shipping and handling costs.

4. Promotional or Free Items

Promotional or complimentary items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Warranty Returns (Masks & Accessories)

Masks, tubing, filters, and accessories include a 3-month manufacturer warranty against defects.

Customers are responsible for shipping these items to our designated service address for warranty claims.

Free return shipping does not apply to these items.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and standard return rules apply.
