All orders: processed within 24–48 hours (business days). Couriers require a physical street address and a signature on delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

International: Customs Duty/VAT/GST Policy

Customs duties/VAT/GST/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary according to the destination country, for clarity it is recommended to contact your local customs department.

  • Order cancellations/refunds due to unpaid customs duties & taxes are NOT accepted. We are not liable for destination country customs duties or taxes. Order return requests for unpaid taxes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Discarded or abandoned orders due to unpaid customs duties & taxes are not accepted for return/refunds under any circumstances.
  • We are not liable for orders stuck in destination country customs due to clearance issues, bureaucracy or documents that cannot be provided, although we work to provide any needed documentation ultimately we are not liable for lost orders and will not provide refunds for lost/stuck orders.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes. All invoices include the GST exemption code for medical devices, which normally exempts CPAP equipment from GST and duty. Final application of any charges is at the discretion of Australian customs.

Who pays taxes and duties on international orders?

The customer is responsible for determining and paying any taxes or duties charged by their country. We cannot quote or prepay these. If charges apply, our carrier (DHL) will contact you before delivery.

All invoices include the GST/VAT exemption code for medical devices, which removes these charges in some countries (e.g. Australia).
