Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All new CPAP & BiPAP machines purchased after 24 May 2024 include a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

Accidental damage
-
Water damage
-
Misuse or neglect
-
Consumable parts (e.g., hose, filters, masks)
Machines must be returned to our U.S. service center for warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
2. Accessories Warranty
Masks, hoses, water chambers, filters, and other accessories are covered against manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date.
Return shipping costs for accessories are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:

Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide a description of the issue and any supporting photos or documentation.

Ship the defective device to our designated U.S. service address.

Upon receipt, our technician will confirm the defect and authorize repair or replacement.

Devices are typically repaired or replaced and returned within 2โ6 weeks of receipt.
We will return the repaired/replaced machine to you using a trackable method.
4. Important Notes

Warranty is only valid for devices returned with an RMA.

Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.

Warranty shipping costs to the U.S. service center are the customerโs responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Local CPAP dealers or third-party offices cannot process warranty claims on our behalf.
5. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage
-
Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts
-
Damage from shipping mishandling (customers should insure returns)
The determination of defect and warranty eligibility will be made by our service technicians based on the manufacturerโs criteria
