Device Settings & Clinical Responsibility All CPAP and BiPAP devices are shipped at manufacturer factory default settings. Settings are not clinically configured prior to dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding appropriate device settings for your individual clinical needs. We accept no liability for the use of a device at settings that have not been prescribed or reviewed by a qualified healthcare provider.

Prescription Self-Certification By completing a purchase of a prescription-required product, you confirm that you are aware of the prescription requirements applicable in your jurisdiction, that you accept sole responsibility for compliance with those requirements, and that you will seek appropriate medical guidance prior to use.

For orders shipped outside the United States, prescription requirements vary by jurisdiction. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, and use of products complies with the laws and medical device regulations of their destination country.
